CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Client Responsibilities • • Stylist will NOT purchasing hair for clients — a fee will apply if requested. • • Clients must book their own appointments directly — no third-party scheduling. General Salon Policies • • All services are by appointment only (walk-ins accepted if availability allows). • • Appointments must be confirmed via Gloss Genius within 24 hours. • • Please arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. • • Only children receiving services are permitted unless otherwise approved. • • Please do not bring extra guests unless approved beforehand. Payment & Deposits • • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments. This amount will be applied to your total service cost. • • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment apps. • • Tips are appreciated but never required. Cancellations & No-Shows • • Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. • • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the missed service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Travel & Mobile Services • • A travel fee applies for on-location services, based on distance or travel time. • • A minimum service total may be required for travel bookings. Redo & Refund Policy • • If you’re unsatisfied with your results, please contact the salon within 24 hours of your appointment. • • Adjustments will be made at no charge if determined necessary by your stylist. • • Services are non-refundable, but adjustments may be offered. Communication & Courtesy • • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. • • Please allow time for responses to calls or texts — we may be with clients.
